Both sides of the lease, one shared proof.

Lucky Loc eases the housing crisis from both ends: renters build their reputation over the lease, landlords rent with the facts in hand.

A reputation made of confirmed facts.

Every fact reaches your label once the other party confirms it. Share it when you apply, as a link or a verifiable PDF.

One shared space per home.

Renter and landlord find everything the tenancy involves in one place, with dates both sides see.

Every unit, at a glance.

For landlords and property managers: rent, repairs, notices and applicants in one app.

  • Dashboard

Rent received, open repairs, unread messages, and the list of what awaits an answer.

  • Building notices

Water shut-off, visit, works: one send to every current tenant, text ready.

  • Read an applicant New

At a visit, the applicant shows a QR code or an 8-character code; you read their verified label in the app, and they are notified.

  • Verifiable file

An applicant's PDF file carries a QR code to their up-to-date label.

Every unit, at a glance.

A plain link for the other party.

The link you send opens the home's space in their browser: they confirm, reply and follow repairs without an account.

Questions

What is Lucky Loc?

Lucky Loc is an iPhone app that gives renters and landlords a reputation confirmed by the other party, and one shared space per home for messages, rent, repairs and documents.

Can a renter review their landlord?

Yes. In the home's space, and automatically when the lease ends, the renter confirms what went well: repairs done on time, notice and privacy respected, receipts provided. Those facts land on the landlord's label.

How does a landlord read an applicant's label?

At the visit, the applicant shows a QR code or an 8-character code in the app. The landlord reads it in Lucky Loc and sees the applicant's verified label; the applicant gets a notification.

How much does it cost?

The beta is free, for renters and landlords alike.

How do I try Lucky Loc?

The beta is by invitation, on iPhone with iOS 27. Enter your invite code and your email at luckylocapp.com/en/try: you get your place and the TestFlight install link.

Does my landlord need the app?

No. They get a link that opens the home's space in a browser, where they confirm facts, reply to messages and follow repairs without an account.

Who sees my label?

Only people you send a share link to or show your code to. Links expire after 30 days and can be revoked; there is no directory and no search by name.

Can a landlord give me a bad rating?

No. Lucky Loc keeps only positive facts confirmed by the other party; there are no ratings, comments or negative facts.

Where is my data, and how do I delete it?

It is hosted by Cloudflare. Mon profil → Supprimer mon compte erases everything you added, at once.

Where does Lucky Loc work?

Québec first, with Québec lease dates; the rest of Canada and the United States are supported for the label and the shared space.

Who makes Lucky Loc?

Lucky Loc is made by Jérôme Schumacher, an independent developer. Reach him at jrmschmchr@gmail.com.
